Patrick Watkins has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. He grew up in this business and never really intended to be in the business. After college, he started out doing all of the marketing for Mike Watkins Real Estate Group and by chance fell in love with helping people buy, sell and build their homes. After 18 years of working for Mike, he and his brother, Chris, purchased the company from him.

Now Patrick spends his time running day-to-day operations at the office, helping clients with their real estate needs, and spending time with his family. He is a loving husband to his wife of 21 years and a proud father of two. In his spare time, you can find him rooting on his son, who is a UINDY golfer or his daughter who is a level 10 gymnast. Once in a while, he gets to play a little golf himself.
